Upon registration, we will ask you for your identification details and, if you form part of a team, the necessary information to associate you with that team. If you already have an account in the app, we will link the information corresponding to your user profile in the app. Once registered, we will gather information about your use of the intranet, meaning we will process the content generated during your activity.

Users who also have team administrator permissions and register users on the website may submit the necessary identification details to register the third parties who form part of their team.

Our website installs cookies that gather browser information. We recommend that you read the cookies policy for further information.

03. Why do we process your personal data?

BLUEPHAGE S.L. will process your personal data to set up the user profile on the website and make it possible to register on the app, allowing you to register and manage information about the samples processed with BLUEPHAGE products and access it from different devices.

If you form part of a work team that centralises management, the administrator of your team may access information on the samples you are managing from your user profile.

When the information on the samples is accompanied by geolocation data, this information will only be processed as additional information to the associated samples.

If there is a legal basis for doing so, we may use the data to inform you about our activities, products and promotions.

We also inform you that BLUEPHAGE S.L. may use anonymised data for statistical purposes.

04. How long will we keep your personal data?

If you have a user profile on our website, your personal data will be kept for as long as your profile remains active; once it has been deleted, your data will be saved as long as necessary to defend possible claims and to satisfy any legal obligations that may arise.

Anonymised statistical data will be kept in the system indefinitely.

05. What if the data corresponds to a minor?

Our services are exclusively aimed at people of legal age. Therefore, minors are not permitted to register on our website. In any case, if the parents or legal guardians of a minor believe that he/she has submitted personal data, we ask you to get in touch with us by sending an email to info@bluephage.com.

06. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

We process your personal data based on the consent you grant when registering, the commitment of BLUEPHAGE S.L. to provide a service associated with the acquisition of BLUEPHAGE products and, as applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

Team administrators must obtain consent from users or have other legal grounds for submitting their data to manage their registration. Consent will be confirmed by the user when they access the intranet with their username or when registering on the app.

We may process your data based on the legitimate interest to promote our products and services.

07. Who might we disclose your data to?

If you form part of a work team that centralises its activity through an administrator, the administrator may access information on the samples you have saved in your user space. With this exception, BLUEPHAGE S.L. does not share data with third parties.

08. What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

If we process your data, you should be aware that your rights are as follows:

  • Right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or to complete data that is incomplete.

  • Right to request the restriction of the processing: in this case, BLUEPHAGE S.L. will only keep the data for exercising or defending claims.
  • Right to object to the processing: we will refrain from processing personal data, with the exception of circumstances in which it must be processed for legitimate reasons or for exercising or defending possible claims.
  • Right to data portability: if you want your data to be processed by another data controller, we will facilitate the transfer of your data to a new controller.
  • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on the automated processing of your personal data.

To exercise your rights, you can contact us by sending an email to info@bluephage.com or in writing, at the address indicated in this document. At BLUEPHAGE S.L. we process data based on your consent; you should also know that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed prior to the withdrawal of your consent.

Whenever you believe it necessary, you can file a claim before the AEPD https://www.aepd.es/.

Remember that you are responsible for the data you provide; therefore, your data must be truthful, accurate and it must be kept up to date.

09. How have we obtained your data?

The data we process will be the data you have provided directly when registering on our website and associated with the user profile on the app.

In the case of teams, the user with administrator permissions has the power to register users that will form part of their team. Therefore, your data may have been provided to us by the administrator of your team.

10. Third-party information

If you are a user with administrator permissions, when entering information pertaining to third parties, you must bear in mind that you are responsible for having a legal basis for doing so and, if necessary, you must request consent and inform the third party of the way in which their personal data is going to be used.
